| Steven Reynolds – Operations Manager Steve joined the Company in March 2003. Responsibilities include operations and production management, drilling, completion, and re-completion planning and coordination, as well as actual well-sight supervision for the companies operated wells. Prior to joining Dutcher & Company, Steve had 25 years experience holding various technical and management positions with both Major and Independent Oil Companies, with the majority of experience coming in the Mid Continent region of the United States.
