Ole E. Andreassen– Vice President and Chief Financial Officer: Ole E. Andreassen joined Dutcher & Company as Vice President and CFO in November 2007 from the World Bank, where he worked in the oil and gas department, in the financial sector department, as well as in its subsidiary, the International Finance Corporation. Previously, he has been an associate professor at the University of Bergen, an attorney-at-law at Hienn Oymo, a Director of Finance at Viamericas Corporation, following other positions in public and private finance and academics. |

He has a Ph.D. in International Economics and International Relations and a
M.A. in Latin American Studies from the Johns Hopkins University School of
Advanced International Studies, a Master in Business Management from the
Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales in Paris, and a Master’s degree
in Law from the University of Bergen in his native country, Norway. He is
the recipient of numerous awards and scholarships, including from the Fulbright
Foundation, the American Academy of Achievement, and the French, Austrian,
and German governments. He is the author of “Getting Credit: How banks
make lending decisions in Argentina, Peru, and the World, with an Emphasis
