Nick Privett – VP, Engineering: He joined the company in July 1992, after 12 years as Vice President of Lawson Engineering Incorporated. His experience includes well operations, reservoir engineering and expert witness testimony on petroleum engineering issues. Mr. Privett served as President of Lawson Oil and Gas Properties, Inc. from 1986, until joining Dutcher & Company. Lawson Oil and Gas Properties provided contract operations and management services for independent producers. |

He has also worked for Amoco International Oil Company as a petroleum acquisition engineer in Chicago, IL & Houston,TX, and for Amoco Production Company in Powell, WY & Denver, CO. Mr. Privett received his Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Tulsa in 1976 and is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers of AIME.
