| Melissa Veneklasen – Engineering Technician: Melissa joined Dutcher & Company in October 2000. Her responsibilities include assisting the engineering vice-president in preparing reserve reports and evaluating potential acquisitions, as well as maintaining the well production and operations database for the companies. Melissa has previously worked with Coral Reserves, as an engineering technician, and with, Lawson Engineering, Inc.as the senior engineering technician.
