Dutcher & Company, Inc. is an oil and gas consulting and property management firm founded in Oklahoma City in 1987. The company provides petroleum engineering, accounting, marketing and land services to its affiliates:     Anadarko Minerals, Inc.     Exploration Associates II, L.L.C.     Dutch Petroleum, L.L.C. The company's 16 employees operate 173 oil and gas wells and manage interests in more than 650 wells, primarily located in Oklahoma and Texas. WHAT'S NEW Last November, Anadarko Minerals and Exploration Associates II teamed up to form Dutch Petroleum, L.L.C. The new company acquired a large group of Oklahoma producing oil and gas wells from Southwestern Energy Company for $26.85 million. Dutch Petroleum's acquisition included interests in 583 producing wells with net proved producing reserves estimated to be 1.27 million barrels of oil and 21 billion cubic feet of natural gas. In addition, the properties are estimated to include 162,000 barrels of oil and 3.2 billion cubic feet natural gas in the proved, non-producing reserve category, and 256,000 barrels of oil and 1.3 billion cubic feet of proved undeveloped reserves, for a total of 35.6 billion cubic feet equivalent of proved reserves. We are currently focusing on developing these proved non-producing and proved undeveloped reserves. Anadarko Minerals recently purchased working interests in 12 wells at Oil and Gas Clearing House auctions for $2.3 million. The company already owned an interest in most of the wells, all located in the Anadarko Basin of Western Oklahoma. Meanwhile, Dutch Petroleum sold its interest in an Oklahoma waterflood unit for nearly $1 million.
