Exploration Associates II, L.L.C.

Exploration Associates II, L.L.C. was formed in 1999 by the consolidation of three California limited partnerships that had operated in Dewey County, Oklahoma since the early 1970's. Dutcher & Company began managing these partnerships in 1993, and now serves as the managing member of the Company. Anadarko Minerals, Inc. owns a majority interest in the Company.

In 1999, Exploration Associates acquired interests in 24 wells in Oklahoma and Texas for a total price $2,175,000. The Company now owns interests in 38 wells and is the operater for 22 of these. The company also operates 160 of the newly acquired wells for Dutch Petroleum and nine for Anadarko Minerals.

Exploration Associates is also seeking acquisition and drilling opportunities in Oklahoma and Texas, with a preference for operated properties.
