Dutch Petroleum, L.L.C.

Dutch Petroleum, L.L.C. is an Oklahoma limited liability company formed in October, 2002. Anadarko Minerals, Inc. owns 75% of the Company, and Exploration Associates II, L.L.C. owns 25%.

In November 2002, Dutch Petroleum, L.L.C. acquired a large package of Oklahoma producing oil and gas properties from Southwestern Energy Company for $26.85 million.

Dutch Petroleum acquired interests in 583 producing wells.

Exploration Associates II will operate 160 of the newly acquired wells on behalf of Dutch Petroleum. A majority of the wells are located in Alfalfa, Carter, Garfield, and Major counties.

Dutch Petroleum is currently developing its proved non-producing and proved undeveloped reserves , while seeking additional drilling and acquisition opportunities. In 2003 the Company drilled the L.D. Campbell 1-10, a development well in Alfalfa County, and is currently testing the Oswego interval.

The Company also drilled the LeCrone-Wedel #1-10 in December 2003, and this Dutch Petroleum owns a 100% working interest in each well.The Mississippi has tested productive and we are currently testing a strong Manning interval.
