Carol Magness – VP of Finance: She joined Dutcher & Company, Inc. in May 1988, as Accounting Manager. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Magness was a revenue agent with the Internal Revenue Service. A certified public accountant, she has had her own accounting and tax practice and was Controller for The GHK Company. Her expertise includes take-or-pay and gas balancing calculations.
